One Response to Submissions Received

  1. Recently I forwarded a paper on the unconstitionality of money bills to a research officer in the Senate inline with “Operation Sunlight” – It was deleted without opening! You do not submitt your Obligations/Commitment Budgets to the Parliament for approvals prior to placing these Obligations on the Australian peoples. Section 86 (?) is literally a word-for-word extraction from the US Constitution. In the USA you cannot place Obligations on the US Government WITHOUT prior approval from its Houses. Even Andrew Murray was not told about Commitment Budgets under “Operation Sunlight”. Circumventing this requirement makes the whole exercises undertaken a COMPLETE SHAM and Deception on the Australian Peoples.
